Recurring Electronic Payment Authorization

Hastings Mutual Insurance Company offers two recurring payment options to pay your premium account as an alternative to mailing checks.  The payments will automatically be made for you on the due date.

Recurring Electronic Payment allows Hastings Mutual Insurance Company to have your account payments transferred from your checking or savings account according to the payment plan that you select for your policy or policies.  There is no billing charge for accounts using the Recurring Electronic Payment option.

Recurring Credit Card Payment allows Hastings Mutual Insurance Company to charge your account payments to your Master Card, Visa or Discover account according to the payment plan that you select for your policy or policies.  A $6 billing charge is added to each installment for accounts using the Recurring Credit Card Payment option.

Be sure to include:

  1. Your Name
  2. Phone number
  3. Hastings Mutual billing account number
  4. Your current banking information

Continue to pay your direct invoices until you receive a notification of the recurring transaction.

Cancellation of a policy does not revoke the Recurring Electronic Payment Authorization.
The Recurring Electronic Payment option may be revoked by written request sent to the address or fax number above.  Allow 15 days for processing.
