Compensation Claim Staff is committed to helping you, our customer, and the employee
return to suitable work at the earliest opportunity. Our Early Return to Work Plan
is specifically designed to accommodate any type of business.
Services provided include:
- Workers Compensation claim representatives will contact the employer and employee
within 24-hours, continuing contact every 2 weeks (more frequently if needed)
- Medical cost containment and saving programs
- Case management services
- Preferred medical and vocational experts
- Claim review meetings (at your location if necessary)
The Early Return to Work Plan Benefits
Reporting an injury to us within 24 hours of occurrence is extremely important!
By reporting the loss soon after occurrence, our Claim Representative can work together
with all parties involved, including the employer and employee, to quickly establish
plan goals to reduce claim costs and exposures.
