Changes in or Extremes of Temperature or Humidity

Plants need the perfect conditions to thrive. We’ll pay for the loss of or damage to perishable goods affected by heat, cold, or humidity. The limit is up to $5,000.

Peak Season

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, spring, and more — as your inventory increases with the season, the limit of your business personal property increases 25% during that time.

Debit, Credit, or Charge Card Forgery

Losses from forged debit, credit, or charged cards used in your business are covered, up to $5,000, with no deductible.

Newly Acquired or Constructed Property

Building or buying a new structure for your growing business? We’ll cover $100,000 for greenhouses, and $500,000 for other structures and related personal property (not including crops), for a limited period of time.

Property in Custody of Salespersons

If your employees or salespersons are using materials for a demonstration, your coverage limit is $5,000, with a $250 deductible.

Property Off-Premises and in Transit

Coverage applies to your plants, equipment, and other materials even when you’re not on your own property (for example, when it’s being transported or displayed off-site). The limit is $25,000, with a $250 deductible.
