Flow Breakout and Resultant Property Damage

If water gets away from the well you’re building and causes damage, we’ll cover the costs to contain the water and restore the property. Limits are $50,000 for each occurrence and $100,000 aggregate, with a $5,000 per occurrence deductible.


Equipment Recovery (In-Hole Coverage)

This covers the cost for drill bits, stems, adaptors, hammers, and fittings damaged or lost below the surface. The limit is $25,000 aggregate, with a $1,000 per loss deductible.

Loss of Earnings for Contractors Equipment

If unusable equipment puts you behind schedule on a job, we’ll cover the earnings you lost, and other normal expenses. Limits are $1,000 per day and up to $100,000 per loss, with a $500 per loss deductible. 


Limited Pollution

Sentence description: This coverage applies to injuries or property damage caused by pollutants, on premises where contractors are performing water well drilling. This can be discharge, seepage, migration, release, or escape. The limit is $25,000 aggregate, with a $2,500 per claim deductible.
