This endorsement can be used to add an unrelated resident of your household as a family member.
Add this coverage when another person is jointly titled, along with the insured, on one of the vehicles.
Insured drivers are covered, even when logged into a “transportation network platform” (until they accept a passenger).
Travel Interruption
Need repairs due to a covered loss more than 100 miles from home? We’ll cover up to $600 for meals, lodging and transportation.
Commercial Rented Vehicles
We’ll pay for loss of use, diminished value, and reasonable fees and charges you legally have to pay if there’s direct and accidental damage to a vehicle you’re renting.
Pet Injury Coverage/Accidental Death Benefit
We offer protection for animals injured or deceased in an accident.
Key Replacement and Related Services
We’ll pay to replace and program your key or key fob(s) if they are lost or stolen.
Child Restraint System Coverage
The cost to replace a child restraint system will be covered up to $400 in event of a loss.
(This optional coverage can be added for an addtional fee.)
Emergency Fluid Delivery
If your vehicle is out of gas, oil, water, or other fluids, a service provider will deliver enough fluid to get to a service station. The cost of the fluid is up to you.
Tire Changes
Need to swap a flat with that spare tire in your trunk? This coverage gets a service provider out to make the change. You’ll need to provide the tire.
Towing
If your private passenger auto breaks down, a service provider will tow the vehicle to a destination of your choice, within a 10-mile radius of the point of disablement. If the destination of your choice is not within a 10-mile radius, the vehicle will be towed to our nearest authorized repair facility.
Minor Mechanical First Aid
Your coverage includes the fixes you need to get your vehicle started and to a repair shop, like replacing a broken hose or belt. You’ll need to pay for materials.

Sometimes it feels like you can’t help it. Someone is driving slowly in the fast lane, or they race through a red light when you’re about to make a turn. You make an angry gesture and slam on your horn. Watching the news that night, you see a startling report about a driver who actually got out of his car to challenge another driver.
A 2016 AAA study found nearly half of all drivers yelled or honked at another driver during the year. More than half of all drivers purposefully tailgated another driver. Three percent deliberately used their car to hit another car on the road.
Road rage is dangerous for drivers and passengers, and it has an impact on insurance, too: we don’t offer liability coverage for intentional acts that cause bodily injury or property damage. You can talk to your independent insurance agent about exactly what is covered, but unsafe driving is not something we want to encourage.
What can you do to reduce road rage in yourself and others? Staying away from drivers with dangerous behavior is a start. Yes, someone might get ahead of you on the highway or skip a stop sign, but the alternative could be getting into an expensive, life-threatening accident.
Staying calm on the road is helpful too. Remembering the risks of road rage can help keep you from getting angry and aggressive.
Next time you’re in your car, think about the other drivers around you — and what you can do to keep everyone safe on the road.
